Good stuff

Finally Touch ID! Looks great too and functional.

Clean and easy

Nice app. Clean and simple to use to keep track of my HSA. The only thing I wish it showed in the app is the investment return so that I dont have to go to the web portal.

Bad app from a bad company

Cannot complete a claim with the app itself. After uploading the picture of the receipt, still have to call (multiple times) to finish a claim.

Looking better now

Now it looks much better than last time I installed & immediately deleted the app about an year ago. Appreciate Touch ID login.

Bug

The app resets back to the login page when I try to click on my claim page

Cant login with the app

I can login just fine from my computer and then I go to the app and enter the exact same credentials and it says it cant authenticate me. Ive tried about ten times being extremely careful of typos. Still no luck.

Pretty Good App

Can do most things and pay health bills through app. One item I would like to see added is to schedule the date to make a payment instead of just immediately.

Buggy

Caught in this vortex of attaching documents as substantiation and submitting via "reimburse me" and then the app is asking for substantiation so I add the document/I submit for reimbursement/I get asked to substantiate waste of time and effort and internet bandwidth and punctuation and tact. Get it together devs & QA, my money is whats in the line.

No Longer Able to Log Into App

I thought that it was a password issue, but I can log in fine on their website, and use Dashlane so no typo issues with the pw. Have tried removing and re-installing to no avail.

Touch ID doesnt stay enabled

Ok looking app but its frustrating that Touch ID doesnt stay enabled. It seems every time I log in it asks if I want to enable Touch ID. I say yes and have to log in again. I used the Contact Us part of the app and they thought I was talking about the website. Would be a good idea if that knew I was talking about the app.

Version 4.1 - Investments!

Recent versions of this app get better each time. Now I can see and manage my investments quickly and intuitively.

Love investments.

This is a great update that added investments !!! Thanks HealthEquity.

Great App!

I love this app, I can quickly check my balance and transfers for reimbursement are easy and quick as well. For 2017, I have maximized my contribution to participate in the investment program. How awesome!

Great app

Easy to use and manage my HSA.

1 pic = 2 uploads

The app does not close after saving a pic. This means 75% of time I take one pic but two get uploaded. Would be nice to zoom in and rotate pics after linking to charge.

Like the improvements

Love the investment addition!

Useful app, now with investing

Lots of little annoyances fixed. I like the added investing. When is apple watch and Siri integration coming?

Awesome!

It is absolutely amazing how much you can do on this app. Its better than the website.

Good app but could use some tweaks

The app tells me a lot of info, but the font is often too small for me to comfortably read. Also, I would like to pay medical claims from the app, instead of having to go to my laptop, but that functionality on the app is clumsy, and I have issues with the account number (if its wrong, I need to be able to correct it). Thank you for continuing to add features and functionality. I hope those items above get addressed.

Needs to include a section for account number when paying bills

I love this app - it is much more user friendly than the website and when a bill comes in I can just pick up my phone and pay it. HOWEVER (and this is a biggie that drops my rating two stars) there is not a section to include the patient account number when you enter in a claim, or when you pay it! This is a huge issue! The website really stresses the importance of including an account number in your claim and subsequent payment, I cant understand why it would not be included in the app! Yes, I can enter it in to the details/notes section, but it really should be a prompt in the process of entering the claim.
