Keeps crashing

Trying to link documentation. Doesnt work. Results in logging out back to main screen.

Not optimized for iPhone 6

Hideous. UI is inflated and wasting screen space.

Needs some work

The biggest gripe is that there is no Touch ID login or even a username remembering function. Having to remember your login info every time is so 2012. Please fix this. Also please update the resolution for 6 and 6 plus phones.

Problem with documents

When trying to link documents it shows the choice of camera and image library for one second and goes back to login screen. If you log in and go back the same thing keeps happening. This used to work a month or so before.

When I try to link payments with their related documents the app crashes...every time.

The last few times Ive tried to process a payment the app keeps crashing right after I select a provider. It sends me right back to the sign in page. Tried restarting and downloading it again. Nothing seems to work.

Update causes crashes more than before.

No way to get reimbursed!

This app fails to allow you to select an option to be reimbursed for a payment to a provider that you already made. It defaults to pay the provider.

Basic Functions

This app provides basic functions but feels like it receives no attention from the app developer other than bug fixes if you look at the version history. The app needs a complete facelift!!!!

App needs to be fixed

The developer needs to work on this app and fix the way to choose where to get paid or this app should just be deleted. Its really pointless to even have it if we cant use it properly. Pls fix it and then we can change our reviews. I was sooo looking forward to using this app on the go too. So disappointed.

Poorest app ever seen

App has limited basic feature and the look and feel of app is pathetic. I had Payflex before HealthEquuty. That iPhone app was bad too but this one is worse.

Zero real functionality

I cant even find a way to pay claims trough this app. Useless.

Errant ap

This Ap does not keep up with reality. 24 hours after making a payment, the amount paid was removed from the total but the payment did not show in the history. Makes one concerned.

Broken app

App does not work, when you try and reimburse yourself, it attempts to send payment to the provider. Useless. Please fix

Makes zero sense

This app makes no sense. The layout and functionality do not match the need. Simple things like paying a claim cannot be done and I find myself having to go to the website. Please fix it.

Horrible, useless app

Needs Touch ID and the ability to remember ID login. If you just want to know how much is in your HSA, it works fine.

Fantastic for submitting a reimbursement claim!

This app is excellent--its easy to use and I was able to submit a claim for reimbursement from A-Z. I think other reviewers are trying to use the "Payments" function, which is used to send payment to a provider. To request reimbursement you should use the "Claims" section. Follow the work-flow all the way through to: submit the amount and details for the provider and item to be reimbursed; select bank account or check (looks like you can add a new account too but mine was already connected); and even browse for or take a photo of your receipt to attach as documentation. THANK YOU, this app was a life-saver while Im on-the-go!

Charges shown twice Payment View

FSA Debit card charges were showing twice in the payment area on the mobile app. However, the desktop version showed the same data correctly. Customer Support appears to have no access or view of payment history on the mobile app. They could not explain why transactions posted incorrectly on the mobile app and accurately on the website.
