Awful UI. The tab bar at the bottom scrolls along with the main view. What?!

Doesnt work -very unreliable.

It works, but very tedious. Looks terrible on the iPad at 1x, and why do I have to enter my pharmacy details EVERY TIME? Faster on the website...

The linking of documents doesnt work and always logs you off.

Very easy to navigate and helpful.

It rejects my password so I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. It will accept my password one time and then I have to uninstall and reinstall. Ridiculous. Works on the computer.

I appreciate having this on my iPhone, but it lacks the full functionality available on the website. Look forward to a FULL update, including one for the iPad...

Not much point in having a map I cant take advantage of any of the features on the iPhone. Might as well log into the site via chrome. Would give zero stars if I could

This is a good joke. As an app its laughable.

Basic functionality but needs a few features to make it truly useful. Please add TouchID / passcode functionality so I dont have to type my username and password every time!

Would be nice if I could view the PDF docs I uploaded. Using app on iPhone 5S and I have Adobe Reader. I can look at PDF docs on my phone but not in this app. Odd...

Could have been a great App, but missed it completely. It shouldve been as easy as taking photos of your receipts, hitting enter, and then 3 to 5 days later BAM! the money shows up in your bank account. Instead its this god awful multiple screens toggled through, incorrect defaults and inability do things like manually enter the date. If you want to keep your sanity do not use this app! Total time I spent trying to use it, and with customer service (who had to manually enter all my information) after I uploaded the photos was two hours! For 5 receipts!

This app recently became MUCH faster! Well done! I love the features that allow uploading documentation and linking it to a claim.

Check your HSA, FSA or HRA balance, check your transactions, pay a provider and upload claims. Super easy to navigate around and works great on your Smartphone

App is difficult to use. Instructions not clear. I have had to call customer service every time Ive used the app. Difficult to tell whats going through and what hasnt. No clear "submit" button to submit a claim. Cant easily tell if documentation has "linked"to a claim. I think I may need to resort to faxing claims to the company.

My last gig I had Wageworks for my FSA. It was so much better and intuitive. This seems like it was written by high schoolers doing a project. Makes you put in username and password every time. I lock my phone you tools. I dont need NSA type security in all my apps when Im conscientious about locking the overall hardware. Plus it locks up often stating bad credentials but I entered them correctly. Just a crappy app!

When viewing a claim, you cannot initiate a payment. Instead you have to exit the claims screen, go to payments, press NEW, and go find your existing claim. But theres more. If I go back one step, the payment and payee address information that I edited is reset, so I get to type it in all over again. But why am I editing payee information when making each payment? Because unlike any reasonable bill pay system this doesnt let you create payees and pick them during payment. The web site always offers the doctors name and address as the payee even though the majority of the time the bill must be send to a larger health care provider network (or hospital) that s/he works under. Thus I get to type the correct payee address on each and every payment, because it is never remembered or stored.

Functions great, better than my other banking apps. I like the ability to take a pic of a receipt and upload to my account.

Every time I try to link documentation, the app crashes. Needs an update probably for iOS 9
