Useless

Ever since I got a notice and tried to update the app, it has been frozen. I cant update, use or even delete to re download. Its useless to me now!!!

The app is easy to use and it provides all the information I need. The Company itself is a great and I am very happy my company uses them.

New to the app

So far so good. No complaints. Just set up my account and it was quick and easy.

Terribly Designed App

Locked me out of account for using the app on a second smartphone. Wasted 30 min with customer service because they didnt know how to help. Inefficient and inconvenient. App and helpline are useless.

After getting a new job I got a new health care plan, got the app and it has been great! Easy and gives me the need access I need at my fingertips.

I was bummed when my insurance changed this year, but Im glad (so far) that they went with Health Equity. The app is great, I love the Touch ID option.

Makes managing the HSA a snap

So happy I signed up for an FSA!!!

So thankful for this program. Im getting reimbursed for medical expenses that I had to pay out of pocket!!! Yay!!!

This is a new app and new insurance for me. When I called customer service, the representative was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me set up my account on the website and with the app. I am glad I can do so many things with my account right on my phone!

Pretty good app to stay organized with my HSA

Easy find claims and check payment status and reimbursement for items Ive paid for.

Does not upload receipts

iOS 10.2.1, app does not show the uploaded receipt. This app is useless...please fix!!

Fine app. But remember your login info.

Fine app. Works and gives you all the info you need once your inside. Touch ID for Apple products. You can forget it. Makes you agree to turn on Touch ID then a few days later... you have to go through the process again. Might as well not even have it.

Its gotten better

This app has improved, but the touch ID constantly had problems. It seems that you have to set it up each time you open the program.

Terrible experience in App and customer service

The poor experience in this app is not as bad as the experience calling customer service. Poor wait times, wrong information and useless customer service.

Pain in the Rear

This is one of the worst apps I am FORCED to deal with. It does not remember credentials, takes too long to process, and updates wipe out info that has to be re-entered. Both the HealthEquity service and its app are a worse pain than what I have to see the Doctor for. I want MY money from my health spending accounts. HealthEquity makes you work EXTRA hard to get it. Horrible service, BAD App!

Nice app to keep track of receipts

Im glad they have Touch ID login and the customer support is exceptional!

Payment not working

This app has been great but now the payment option doesnt work. When I click pay provider, it does nothing. Other then this issue that has come up recently I have enjoyed using this app. Thanks. Please fix this bug.

Great App

Really love this app! It makes managing my HSA account so easy.

Usability

It is inconsistent with its ability to attach receipts to claims. I have had to call for each claim I submitted. It looks like it attaches documents, but never does. They also fail to give you feedback in the app. I was waiting on a payment and unsure of status until they mailed a letter to tell me they needed info. I hate dealing with paper. Why not tell me in the app? They also have drop downs to pick which FSA to pay from, but both options look the same. You cant tell which year you are selecting. One claim was denied because I had picked the wrong year, but it is impossible to know when both options are "HCRA."
