Usability
It is inconsistent with its ability to attach receipts to claims. I have had to call for each claim I submitted. It looks like it attaches documents, but never does. They also fail to give you feedback in the app. I was waiting on a payment and unsure of status until they mailed a letter to tell me they needed info. I hate dealing with paper. Why not tell me in the app? They also have drop downs to pick which FSA to pay from, but both options look the same. You cant tell which year you are selecting. One claim was denied because I had picked the wrong year, but it is impossible to know when both options are "HCRA."
