Horrible

This app is horrible, I tried to download it and install it and its frozen. I cant even open it up, icon says waiting. I wonder what its waiting for. I even tried To delete the app to reinstall it, it wont let me do that. Its still waiting. I am so disappointed, I dont know what to do. I have an icon that I cannot use nor can I delete it.
